The site is freely accessible, in French and English, 24/7, except during maintenance, updates or force majeure. Assou Group may suspend or change all or part of the site without notice.

You agree to use the site in accordance with applicable law and not to disrupt it (unauthorised access, mass messaging, automated scraping, etc.).

The Services, Portfolio and Flueeden pages present our expertise and projects delivered for our clients. They are for information only and do not constitute a contractual offer.

Every engagement (website, mobile app, AI solution, game, software, hosting…) is covered by a quote and then a contract or purchase order specifying scope, timeline, price and payment terms. In case of conflict, those documents prevail over these terms.

The store presents products of the ASSOU brand (computers, peripherals, audio, cables, power, networking, accessories). While a product is marked "Coming soon", it is not yet on sale: its price, release date and specifications may change.

• Product visuals are non-contractual 3D renders; the final product may look different.
• Prices, when shown, are in CFA francs (FCFA), taxes included.
• Orders are placed via WhatsApp or the Contact page; a sale is concluded after written confirmation of availability, price and delivery or pickup terms.
• Any digital projects (source code) offered are paid online through our payment provider CinetPay and grant a licence of use, without transfer of intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

The Assou Group name and logo, the ASSOU brand, texts, visuals, 3D renders, videos, software and the structure of the site belong to Assou Group or its partners. Client project names, logos and visuals are shown with their consent as references.

Any full or partial reproduction, display or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited. Linking to the site is allowed, provided our content is not presented as your own.

Comments posted under blog articles are public. You remain responsible for their content and agree not to post unlawful, abusive, defamatory or promotional material. Assou Group may moderate or delete any comment without justification.

Assou Group strives to publish accurate, up-to-date information but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or omissions. Blog articles are general in nature and do not replace advice tailored to your situation.
