QHSE Connect — AI tender platform & ERP

QHSE Connect is QHSE Consulting's business platform: it brings together tender monitoring, AI-assisted proposal writing and the firm's ERP.

What the platform does

• Automated monitoring: scheduled collection of tender notices, qualification, detail pages with deadlines and direct links, email and in-app alerts.
• AI-generated proposals (RAG): technical and financial proposals are drafted from the firm's knowledge base (references, CVs, methodologies) indexed in a vector database.
• ERP: clients, projects, invoices, partner CRM, field questionnaires (ESMP, screening, ESMP monitoring, household RAP) and a personal dashboard.
• Automatic follow-ups with clients and CV holders to keep the database up to date.

Next.js 15, Django REST Framework, Celery & Redis, PostgreSQL, Chroma, LangChain, multilingual embeddings and Claude models.
